Motorola sure are busy this year! They have release yet another fantastic handset. The new handset to hit the market is the Motorola SLVR L7! Another handset with a 4-letter nickname, there was the RAZR and the PEBL and now the SLVR (Sliver). The L7 has been designed to be slim, in fact its only 11.5mm it really does live up to its name. The L7 is for those that liked that RAZR V3 but wanted it in a candy-bar shape. Just like the V3 it has the keypad etched in, and also has a toughened glass to protect the display.
The functionality of the SLVR L7 is much like that of the RAZR V3s upgrade the V3i, just minus a few things. The integrated VGA camera leaves a good quality image for you display on screen and to MMS to friends. Although if your after a camera phone to print the images then this one isn't for you. The camera also offers a 4x digital zoom and the option to record your own videos. There's a built in MP3 player that can handle MP3 & AAC. The L7 has 5Mb of internal memory which can be expanded up to 512Mb with the use of a Transflash memory card. There is a good choice of ringtones, or you can use your music as your ringtones.
The screen on the L7 is a high quality active matrix display with 262k colours. The other features on the SLVR include a handsfree speakerphone, Push-To-Talk (a Walkie talkie type of communication), Java games and Bluetooth. The L7 is also quad band.
