The NEC 411i was one of the first i-mode enabled phones to be launched in the UK, along with the NEC 343i. i-mode is a service only available through O2 and offers high speed web access and the use of email via the i-mail service.
The 411i has quite a good specification and the design is pretty neat as well. The 411i offers a good range of features such as; a 1.3 Megapixel camera which is capable of recording video which you can then play back on the phones 65k colour screen. The 411i also has Bluetooth for wireless connectivity, so you can be safe when you are driving with a Bluetooth headset. There is a built-in MP3 player and the tracks are stored in the phones 26Mb of internal memory, which isn't expandable but 26Mb isn't a bad amount.
The external screen on the 411i which is used to see who is calling and the data/time has 4k colours which is pretty good. The overall weight of the 411i is 95g!
Compare the NEC 411i with another phone...

This phone is so hard to work I had to go to three different mobile retailers just to find out how to delete the messages that the last owner left on the phone.

Just wondering why have Bluetooth but your not able to transfer any data out VIA Bluetooth. Only way is through Infra Ref which is slow. You cannot set MP3 as ringtones and it is Not flexible and not user friendly.

My first camera phone, nice little unit at a giveaway price! Quite tricky to master some features. Still trying to move MP3 files into the sounds folder so that they can be set as ringtones. There does not seem to be very much help for people and the manual is not very clear! The O2 shop staff are quite helpful
