Nokia N95 Mobile Phone Reviews

The N95 is a big advancement in camera phones from when they were first released. A lot of people have been waiting for this handset but will it be as good as expected? IT certainly has the features to back up this truly awesome handset.

The N95 is the first Nokia handset to feature a 5 megapixel camera! But it's not just any 5 megapixel camera it features a Carl Zeiss lens for fantastic image quality. The camera also has a flash so you can capture those you wouldn't have normally been able to. The N95 also has a video recorder which will record DVD quality videos then play them back on the handset. Or you can plug your N95 into your TV and watch them back on your TV.

But it's not all about the camera; the N95 also has integrated GPS and maps which turns your phone into a Sat Nav device. It doesn't end there… There is a built in MP3 player so you can listen to your music on the move. You can also plug your own headphones into your N95 using the 3.5mm headphone connector which Nokia have cleverly added. With plenty of storage space for your music (160Mb you will never get bored of listening to the same music and there is space for even more songs by adding a memory card to the phone.

The N95 also features Bluetooth for wireless connectivity to another Bluetooth phone or device. There is also Wi-Fi so that you can connect your phone to your wireless broadband at home or when you're out and about and there is a “Hot Spot” nearby.

So after my N95 being the best phone ever, it is now the complete opposite. It has so many software issues, its unbelievable and Orange aren't being very helpful with my issue. They just keep telling me "its a known issue and Nokia are working on it" that's all they have told me for the last month! Dont get this one until the issues have been fixed.

Now on my 2nd N95 after first one crashed 3 times in the first day and microphone stopped working. The same thing has now happened to my 2nd one. The guy in the shop told me its due to the N95 running off software that is more like a computer os - unacceptable!!

Had the phone about a week now and I am very pleased, the N95 is certainly much better than the Sony Ericsson K800i. The camera is brilliant and connectivity is awesome. No problems with the software and is a hello of a lot quicker than the N70.

I love my N95. It has everything you could ever want. I have always steered away from Symbian phones especially Nokia ones but i'm pleased I have made the switch I couldn't be happier with it! The maps for the GPS are reasonably priced, but it did take a while to set up. Its just a case of sitting in the garden with it for a while, so it find the satelittes. If your looking to change your phone and want it to be full of features then this certanly has to be the one!!
