O2 X3 Mobile Phone Reviews

The O2 X3 is a neat little phone, looking rather toy-like to the un-trained eye! It does actually offer a much higher specification than earlier models such as the X1 and X2. The price tag is slightly higher than the previous models but its worth upgrading to!

The X3 has a 262k internal colour screen, which is one the best amongst the mid-range camera phones. To compliment this there is a 1.3 megapixel camera with video capture and playback. One of the many other features of the X3 is it that it has an MP3 player. You can download tracks from O2 them selves or transfer your music from your PC, Via a data cable. You can also use this to transfer your images to your PC/Laptop. The X3 comes with 3 MBs of internal memory but can be upgraded with the use of a memory card, if you want more room to store your MP3 tracks or for storing videos.

The X3 has an external colour display which has 4k colours, Java enabled gaming so you can download extra games, a vibration alert and its Triband.

I was utterly disappointed when I got this phone! I was impressed by the high spec camera, and an external screen, but when I got the phone, I realised that once again, O2 had provided me with a cheap piece of plastic! It felt so cheap, and I'm sure if I dropped it, it would brake.

This phone is appalling. I brought it because it "appeared" to have a fairly decent camera and could hold music to listen to. Despite the camera being average at best and the software CD crashing my PC, these aren't the worst points. The reliability of this phone is what really let it down and I'm not alone in experiencing this. At the moment its sitting on my desk totally dead. Not sure what's wrong with it this time, don't care I'm replacing it now. Its been replaced 3 times and still had faults at any time on its life. Even the woman at O2 groaned when i mentioned the phone i had! They're sending me a SE W800 3 months before I'm due replacement. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! Oh yeah, and the predictive txt is the worst I've ever experienced. A dictionary about as comprehensive as a 3yr olds vocabulary, and it doesn't learn new words-Super!
