The new O2 X4 is the latest addition to O2s X Range. The X4 offers pretty much identical features to the X3 but with the added bonus of 3G technology. The only let down with regards to the 3G is that the X4 isn’t capable of video calling. It is only possible to do video streaming and media downloads. So if it’s a full 3G handset you’re looking for then don’t get the X4.
With the 3G capabilities aside, this phone is an X3. The shell of the X4 has been made a bit rounder and looks a tiny bit sleeker but it still contains the dated looking aerial. The internal screen on the X4 is an amazing 262k colours, and the external screen is 4k colours. 262k colours is the highest amount currently available on a phone, and helps with viewing of the pictures and videos. Because the more colours you have in you phone the better your pictures will look on the screen. The camera on X4 is 1.3 mega pixels which again is a decent amount of pixels. The camera is capable of recording videos and has a digital zoom.
The X4 has an Mp3 player so you can listen to your favorite music whilst you’re on the move. The music gets stored in the phones internal memory (10Mb) and on the memory card (64Mb) which can be upgraded to allow you to fit more music on.
