O2 have got a new PDA to add to their XDA range, and it's called the O2 XDA Exec. The Exec is a follow up to the previous models and now offers 3G technology! Which means you can wireless send data and emails faster than ever!
The Exec is designed slightly different to its predecessors. It still keeps the large screen that every one loves, and the keypad from the XDA IIs has been revamped and is now larger and easier to use. The Exec has a swivel design so it can be used it a couple of different ways to best suit your needs. As well as being 3G the Exec supports Wi-Fi so if you're out and about and are unable to connect to the 3G network you can find a Hot-Spot and connect to it wirelessly.
The camera on the Exec is 1.3 mega pixels and when combined with the 65k colour screen brings some fantastic results. The Exec has the usual Pocket PC software; Word. Excel, PowerPoint, PDF viewers as well as Pocket Outlook. There is always a Media player which can be used to play music files and videos which can sometimes come in handy. The Exec is also Bluetooth for wireless connectivity, and is Triband so it will work in America.
The technical bits of the XDA Exec; it runs on Windows Mobile 5.0 and has 128MB Flash ROM and 64Mb RAM.
