The Samsung E700 has taken over from the hugely popular Samsung V200 “The Matrix Phone”. The V200 was a slick clamshell camera phone that had a lot going for it, but sadly all things must come to an end.
The E700 is blessed with an internal antenna to make it a more sexy looking and Samsung have also given the body work some attention and is now finished in a crisp blue colour which really does set it apart from the others. They have also added an external colour screen, rather than having a dated black-and-white screen. The E700 still has the camera which takes superb images, which also offers up to 5x digital zoom and a multishot option. We mentioned that the E700 now has an external colour screen; well this can also be used as a “view finder” for the camera whilst the flip is closed. Allowing you to take pictures of you and your friends. There is still an internal screen (obviously) and offers 65k colours which has the latest TFT technology allowing it to bright and vivid when it needs to be and is easy to see in any light.
The other features of the E700 are; polyphonic ringtones, 9MBs of memory storage and the phone is capable of Java games so you can download and add to your collection.
Compare the Samsung E700 with another phone...
