So the Sony Ericsson M600i is kind of an odd handset combination it looks like a blackberry with its QWERTY keyboard, but then reminds you of a PDA because of its touch screen.
The first thing you will notice about this handset is that it doesn't have a camera and that's because this handset is more based around its office tools. There are a few fun features that are included like an MP3 player to allow you to listen to your music on the go, Sony Ericsson have also added some games such as Golf & QuadraPop there is also the option to download more games should you wish to. And even though there isn't a camera, the M600i does have video playback so someone can you send you a video to watch via MMS or Bluetooth. It's there that the fun stops the rest is all based around business on the move.
As we briefly mentioned the phone has a touch screen, which is a neat extra. The screen does have hand writing recognition for Chinese & English. There is a QWERTY keyboard which is sort of like text messaging as it has two letters per key and it is pretty easy to get use to. The M600i has the capabilities to view internet pages as it has a HTML browser built in (Opera - 8 this condenses the page and makes it viewable on a mobile phone). The nice thing about this is, as the phone supports 3G data you will have a faster connection than normal phones. The M600i allows you to connect at up to 384kbps!
The M600i comes with RSS feed support, PowerPoint, Word and Excel editors and a PDF viewer. There's a bunch of office tools that are also present in the M600i. Anti-virus, firewall and encryption software are pre-installed on the device which has 80 MB internal memory. A 64 MB Memory Stick Micro (M2) is also included in the box.
